Delivery in the Netherlands
FrigeluX, always attentive to its customers, offers various delivery options for its refrigerators and freezers, tailored to the specific needs of consumers.
1. Standard Delivery “Doorstep”
- Eligible products: All products
- Number of delivery personnel: 1
- Delivery location: At the bottom of the building or at the entrance of the residence (sidewalk or gate)
- Delivery window: Daytime (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.)
- Delivery time: 4 to 10 days (depending on the region)
- Cost: Free (via Heppner carrier)
Delivery is made at the bottom of your building or at the entrance of your home. This service does not include carrying items upstairs or installation. The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
2. “Living Room & Floor” Delivery
- Eligible products: All products
- Number of delivery personnel: 2
- Delivery location: In the room of your choice, even upstairs
- Delivery window: Selected at the time of order or after contact with the carrier
- Delivery time: 8 to 20 days (depending on the region)
- Cost: €39 incl. VAT per product (via C CHEZ VOUS)
This service includes delivery to the room of your choice, even upstairs, by two professional delivery agents trained in handling household appliances. Ideal for large refrigerators or freezers. Real-time tracking is available for greater scheduling flexibility.
3. “Installation + Start-up” Delivery
- Eligible products: All products
- Number of delivery personnel: 2
- Delivery location: In the room of your choice, even upstairs
- Delivery window: Selected at the time of order or after contact with the carrier
- Delivery time: 8 to 20 days (depending on the region)
- Cost: €49 incl. VAT per product (via C CHEZ VOUS)
In addition to in-room delivery, this option includes:
- Unpacking the appliance for inspection
- Quick connection and power-on test
- Removal of packaging for recycling
This service ensures a fast and efficient setup of your refrigerator or freezer.
Extended Delivery Time
In case of exceptional delivery delays, the C CHEZ VOUS service may not be immediately available. The carrier will contact you once your order has been transferred to their warehouse to schedule a delivery appointment.
Old Appliance Removal
When placing your order, you can request free removal of your old refrigerator or freezer by checking the appropriate box or mentioning it in the comments. The removal will take place during the delivery of your new appliance. This request must be made at the time of order; otherwise, it cannot be fulfilled.
